Dough Class

Learn the “secrets” making the perfect pizza dough while getting hands on training with our certified pizziouli. Course is approximately 2 ½ hours. Limit of 6 persons per course

What’s included in the price:

We provide all materials for the class including dough. During the course you will gather knowledge about the tools and ingredients needed to make Napoletana pizza. We will go over our tools and oven. You will then learn how to make dough from scratch from simple ingredients using our top of the line dough mixer. Learn how to roll and proof your fresh made dough and then practice your technique on stretching dough into a pizza blank. At the end of class you will be treated to pizza and various samples of other possibilities that can be made with this dough. You will also take home some of the dough you made in class to practice stretching and cooking at home.

Pricing: $350 per per couple*

Cheese Class

Learn to make Mozzarella from Curd and fresh Ricotta. Course is approximately 1-½ hours. Limit of 10 persons per course.

What’s included in the price:

We provide all materials for the class including cheese curd and milk. During the course you will gain experience on how to break down mozzarella cheese curds and melt them into a fine and smooth finished product. This hands on experience can be very rewarding to those who are patient. Then you will learn how to make ricotta cheese from two simple ingredients. At the end of class you will be treated to pizza using both cheeses you’ve made during class. You will also take home some of the cheese you made in class to enjoy with family and friends.
